Central to the feature for the month is our Signature Nasi Kandar — a unique combination of well-spiced fried chicken, steamed rice and a selection of traditional gravies. For this beloved Malaysian classic, we take care to prepare all the parts to make it a comforting, yet refined Malaysian classic.

For our spicy, rich, and satisfying luxurious meal, we recommend the Add-On Kari Kepala Ikan Merah. The robust spices and mellow coconut curry fusion make this meal deeply satisfying. The meal and the curry complement each other.
