Available for both lunch and dinner throughout June 2025, the Father’s Day Barbecue Feast welcomes not just golfers, but anyone seeking a warm, family-style dining experience in a setting surrounded by nature and heritage.
The Grand Tray: Barbecue, Reimagined
The moment the Barbecue Feast Platter arrives at the Crossover, it commands the table. Plated in generous portions atop checked parchment, the entire setup is rustic, vibrant, and unapologetically hearty, a visual cue that this meal is built for sharing.
From the crisp, golden Squid Rings and flaky Fish & Chips, to the fire-grilled Chicken Chop, Lamb Chop, and Meat Balls, the meats are seared to perfection and served with five sauce companions: Black Pepper, Mint, Cheese, Tartar, and Chilli, each bringing its own distinct twist to the bite.
The Mini Chicken Sliders are a hit for both kids and adults, compact and juicy with a crisp patty base and fluffy buns. Cheesy Fries, stacked beside a creamy mound of Spaghetti Carbonara and aromatic Pineapple Fried Rice, round out the carbs, ensuring no one leaves hungry.
Starters, Sides & Sweet Endings
Every meal begins with a Creamy Mushroom Soup, silky and comforting, followed by a delicate Smoked Salmon Salad for that fresh, briny contrast. The Assorted Cut Fruits at the end offer a clean, sweet finish that is light, juicy, and essential after the richness of the mains.

Bookings of 30 pax and above will enjoy a full buffet-style service, allowing guests to pick and choose their portions freely.
Bookings of 29 pax and below will be served in apportioned sharing platters, beautifully arranged per group size.
Both lunch and dinner slots are available, you can choose your moment to celebrate, be it a midday gathering or a sunset supper.
