A select group of golfers were recently invited to the first of the series of three Mines Golf City Invitational tournaments, held on 21 September.
During the event, which had been oversubscribed, more than 120 golfers were introduced to Country Heights Holdings Berhad’s (CHHB) latest project – the development of Malaysia’s largest and luxurious 63-hole golf course and homes located in Selangor – by Dato’ C.S. Ong, the CEO of CHHB (Property Development Division).
In his presentation, Dato’ Ong revealed that the most appealing attribute for buyers or investors is its low-density plan, with homes built overlooking the golf course, including maximum land space.
“The Mines Golf City is the place for people who want to enjoy nature’s beauty in the countryside of Bukit Beruntung, which is nearby Kuala Lumpur city. The available plots of half to two acres are now open for registration to discerning investors,” he said.
Sprawling over 2,100 acres of freehold land, the first 18-hole project will be designed by World Hall of Fame golfer, Annika Sorenstam.
“The layout will feature rolling fairways, undulating greens, lakes, exotics landscaping and wetland areas,” offered Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, founder of The Mines.
