1. Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using our digital booking and payment services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. All bookings, applications, and payments made through our platform are subject to availability, confirmation, and approval by the Club. Fees displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Club reserves the right to modify its policies, pricing, and services without prior notice. Use of our digital media and services constitutes your agreement to comply with these terms and any updated revisions hereafter.

 

2. Refund Policy

Once a tee-time, membership application, subscription renewal, tournament entry, event service or advance F&B booking is successfully processed, it is considered confirmed and non-refundable. In the case of club-initiated cancellations—such as weather-related closures, course maintenance, or force majeure—the Club may offer rescheduling or credit where applicable and at its sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued for customer cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.

 

3. Shipping Policy

All services purchased, including tee-time slots, membership services, tournament entries, event services, and advance F&B bookings are intangible and digitally processed. Confirmation emails or WhatsApp messages will be sent upon successful payment. For any merchandise orders placed through our physical Pro Shop or affiliated partners, shipping and delivery terms will be separately communicated during the transaction process.

 

4. Privacy Policy

We collect personal and payment information solely for the purposes of processing transactions, managing club services, and improving user experience. Information may include your name, contact details, payment credentials, handicap index, and relevant booking preferences. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorised third parties. All data is stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our digital media and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

All tee-time bookings, tournament entries, advance F&B bookings, event services, and membership-related transactions are final and may not be cancelled once confirmed. Transfers are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the individual event terms. Should the Club cancel a booking or tournament for operational reasons, a replacement slot or tournament date may be offered. All cancellations and rescheduling are at the sole discretion of Club Management.
