Liability Clauses for Guests Using the Club's Facilities

1. Assumption of Risk: All guests acknowledge and accept that the use of the club's facilities, including but not limited to golf and the driving range, involves inherent risks. Guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to their use of the club's facilities.

2. Waiver of Liability: The club shall not be held liable for any accidents or incidents arising from using any of the club's facilities due to whatever reasons. All guests using the facilities of the club, do so at their own risk.

3. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with their use of the club's facilities.

4. Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, guests authorize the club to provide or arrange for emergency medical treatment, as deemed necessary. Guests agree that the club assumes no responsibility for any medical treatment provided, and guests shall be responsible for any associated costs.

5. Property Damage: The club shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal property brought onto the club premises. Guests are advised to safeguard their belongings and not leave them unattended.
